I tried a new recipe for beef stew tonight.
It turned out fairly good although I think I should have added more pepper and salt to it.
It completely filled my crockpot.
It fills the belly nicely too.

I substituted corn for the peas as neither Steven or Alanna like peas.
I also left out the parsley.
This was also my first attempt at cooking with fresh spices.
Next time I think I will dice the potato's smaller and add more carrots.
All in all, it didn't turn out bad.
