Printer enclosure, Dust collector and birds nest

     It has been two weeks since I last posted and I have been a bit busy.  I built an enclosure for the 3D printer and a dust collector for the shop.

Now I can print ABS much better and don't have to worry about drafts ruining a print.

Here is the dust collector.  I put my own spin on one I saw a YouTube.  It is made mostly with parts I had laying around.  Only had to buy a couple of pipe connectors and a small piece of pipe.

Collection bucket after test.  It collected all but the superfine dust.

This was a brand new filter sock.  As you can see, the superfine dust made it through to the vac.

As I was looking for materials I discovered a small bird had made a nest on the shelves right next to the door of the shed.  I am trying to limit how often I enter as I scare her off the nest every time and she has 4 tiny eggs to care for.

I will try to leave her undisturbed until the babies leave the nest.
