Bad Luck runs in threes.

There is a popular saying that bad luck runs in threes.

I believe it!

First I fall and hurt my knee,

Then I get snowed in,

And now my furnace is broken and it is snowing again.

Insurance deductible is going to be at least $500 if they even cover it at all.

It will be this afternoon before the tech can even get out here to look at it and who knows how long till it is fixed.

Till that time I have to burn wood in my very inefficient wood stove to try to keep the house warm.

And I am almost out of wood.

Not to mention, the wood pile is on the far side of the driveway and my knee, while better, is still not at 100%.

And did I mention the snow?

Between the house and the wood pile is a pile of rock hard snow/ice from where I cleared the driveway.

Gonna be fun trying to haul wood up to the house.

I will get it done even if I have to haul it one stick at a time but I'm not gonna enjoy it.

I know Steven will help when he wakes up but it is still going to be a pain.

A pain in both the body and wallet as I am going to have to buy wood.

I just can't seem to catch a break.

The wood pile is in the shed on the far side of the drive.
The porch was clear (if icy) last night.

Most of this was clear before yesterday.

You cant see it in the photo but it is snowing fairly hard when I took this pic a couple of minutes ago.
