Tractor and trailer work

I removed the bar scraper from the back of the Earthmaster tractor as it prevented me from towing the trailer at the correct height.

Drawbar is now at the proper height.

The previous owner made this scraper.  It is heavy.  Gonna add wings to make a box scraper.

Then I decided to remove the old hitch from the back of the trailer as I was tired of tripping on it.

I want that shin destroyer gone!

Proper tools for the job.

Looks a lot cleaner now.

While I was working on the trailer I heard a loud smash from the direction of the road.

A Motorcycle had rear-ended an SUV at the end of my road.

I did not take any photos due to the injuries to the biker.

Helped with traffic control till they got the road opened again.

Hope the biker is ok.  

Temp tags on the bike so he may have been a new rider.

At least he was wearing the proper safety gear.

Anyway, too much excitement for one day.
