Chicken & Noodles
‘Grumpy style’
Ingredients
·
2 – 12.5 oz cans of chicken, undrained
·
1 – 10.5 oz can of Cream of mushroom soup
(condensed)
·
1 – 10.5 oz can of Cream of chicken soup
(condensed)
·
1 cup of Mushrooms
·
1 – 10 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables
·
1 lb bag of egg noodles
·
1 – 32 oz box of Chicken Broth
·
1 tsp Cajun seasoning (more or less to taste)
Put all ingredients in large pot,
breaking larger chunks of chicken up.
Mix well
Bring to a slow boil then reduce
heat to a simmer.
Cover and simmer, stirring
occasionally, till noodles are tender.
Remove from heat, stir and let
rest a couple of minutes.
Serve with favorite bread.
