Back from vacation/work on air compressor

I'm back from vacation.

At some point I will get photos and videos from the vacation edited.

Worked on my air compressor today.

I am taking my old, smaller compressor apart to use it to fix the big compressor that had a blown pump.

Donor compressor.  It worked before I started to take it apart.

Big one torn down waiting for new (old) parts.

Old compressor had a broken push rod.

Ready to clean off the grease.

The red paint just melted.

Was surprised that it was originally yellow.

Could not see the lettering before.

Time to change the oil.  I think it needed it.

The oil was nasty.

I know it has not had an oil change in years.

All mounted up.

I had to drill new mounting holes.

Still have to get some parts to hook it up but not a bad days work.
