Scooter Parts.

Boy am I glad I waited till today (July 5th) to order parts for the scooter.

I called Seattle Cycle Center and they were able to order me the entire rear pulley assembly.

That includes the clutch weights, springs, pulleys, all factory assembled so I know it is right.

I added a new belt and roller weights for the front pulley (variator) to the order.

Grand total was $325.

Not to bad as the parts I could order online would have come to about $250 and not included the clutch weights, springs, etc. and I would have had to assemble it myself using a mix of old and new parts.

This way I don't have to worry I put it together properly or that any of the old parts are about to fail.

Still not happy it broke but at least I can repair it and get back to my cheap summer commute.

Many thanks and Kudos to
Seattle Cycle Center

for their excellent service.

They are the ones I ordered the back wheel from last year as well.
Wasn't their fault the wheel was delayed as I think Kymco had to have one made.

They estimated 10 days for the parts, depending on Kymco getting them out quick.

Hopefully Kymco is faster with these parts.
They should be as the parts I need are used on multiple bikes and not just the Grandvista.
