Update to Warehouse workers

I wanted to put out this update to show that the company is taking responsibility for their mistake and making it right.

I received a reply to my return complaint from the company today.  Here is what they wrote:

Very sorry for the issue. The warehouse pulled the wrong item. We are shipping out the correct item today. The FEDEX tracking number is xxxxxxxxxxxx. Attached is the return label for the wrong item.

I x'ed out the order and tracking numbers for personal security reasons.  While I don't mind sharing my some aspects of my life there are some things that should be kept private.
